Terms & Conditions

All appointments will be pre-paid or paid on the day. No credit will be given.

Any cancellations by the patient need to be made by 9am the working day before the booked appointment otherwise they will be charged at the full rate.

Any cancellations by the patient of recurrent appointments will be charged at the full rate unless cancelled in advance for planned hospital appointments or planned holidays.

Receipts for treatment will be issued at the patient's request only and will not be given as standard.
